What is the minimum placement thickness?

How long before equipment can be placed into service?
In-service operation may begin immediately after the required grout strength has been reached, typically within 1-3 days depending on conditions and placement method. The grout must be wet cured for a minimum of three days.
Can Five Star Grout be extended with aggregate?

What surface preparation is required?
All surfaces must be free of oil, grease, laitance, and other bond-inhibiting contaminants. Concrete should be mechanically roughened to coarse aggregate exposure with a Concrete Surface Profile (CSP) of 6-9 per ICRI Technical Guideline 310.2R. Presoak concrete surfaces for 8-24 hours continuously via wet rags, burlap, or ponding.
What is the shelf life of Five Star Grout?
One year in original unopened packaging when stored in dry conditions. High relative humidity will reduce shelf life.
