SikaGrout-110 AN is a precision-engineered, rapid-setting cementitious grout designed to deliver reliable structural support in anchoring, machinery grouting, and equipment installation applications. Engineered for demanding construction environments where high early strength is critical, this single-component formulation provides consistent performance and long-term durability. With excellent pourable consistency, it easily fills clearances from 1/4 inch and above beneath baseplates, anchor bolts, or structural supports — requiring only the addition of potable water for installation.
This grout reaches 1,500 psi compressive strength in just 1 hour and achieves full structural capacity of 8,000 psi at 28 days, helping reduce project timelines and costly delays. Its shrinkage-compensated formula and bleeding-free cure ensures alignment integrity and dimensional stability over time. Ideal for fast-paced construction and maintenance operations, SikaGrout-110 AN simplifies installation while maintaining industry-grade mechanical performance under normal structural loading conditions.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the minimum clearance for SikaGrout-110 AN?
It is designed for clearances of 1/4 inch (6 mm) minimum. For extended aggregate applications, minimum clearance increases to 1/2 inch (13 mm).
How long before the installation can bear load?
Under typical conditions at 70°F, it reaches 1,500 psi in 1 hour. Do not attach nuts or apply loads for 90 minutes to ensure proper cure.
What temperature range can it be used in?
Use between 40°F (4°C) and 90°F (32°C) for optimal performance and cure characteristics.
What type of surface preparation is required?
For concrete: clean, sound, and dampened to saturated surface-dry (SSD) condition. For anchoring holes: drill 3 times the diameter of the anchor bolt with minimum 1/4″ clearance.
How is it mixed and applied?
Add approximately 2.3 fl oz of potable water per pound of powder. Mix mechanically for no longer than 3 minutes. Pour from one side to ensure complete fill and avoid air entrapment.
What’s the shelf life and packaging?
One year in original, unopened 50 lb (22.6 kg) pails when stored in cool, clean, dry conditions.
