Key Features of Stratarock Precision Grout
Non-Shrink Performance
Exhibits positive early height change (+2.1%) and minimal hardened height change (+0.022%) to maintain equipment alignment and prevent settling over time.
High Compressive Strength
Develops 3,500 psi in 24 hours, progressing to 8,500 psi at 28 days for reliable long-term structural support.
Excellent Bond Strength
Achieves 1,835 psi bond strength to ensure secure attachment to concrete and steel substrates.
Non-Metallic Formula
Contains no metallic aggregates, preventing corrosion and staining while maintaining compatibility with sensitive equipment.
Extended Working Time Options
Standard 30-minute working time with optional integrated retarder extending to 60 minutes for complex installations.
Clean, Non-Staining
Non-staining formulation maintains aesthetic appearance and prevents discoloration of surrounding surfaces.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the recommended water ratio for mixing?
Use 2.92 quarts of water per 50 lb. bag. Additional water may be added as needed for desired consistency, but do not exceed 4.4 quarts per 50 lb. bag.
What is the working time for Precision Grout?
Standard working time is approximately 30 minutes. An integrated retarder can extend working time to 60 minutes when needed.
Can it be used for thick applications?
Yes. For thicknesses over 6 inches, extend the grout with 1/8″ to 3/8″ pea gravel at a rate of 15-20 lbs. per 50 lb. bag of grout.
What temperature range is recommended for application?
Apply at temperatures between 41°F and 86°F. Temperature should be near 70°F for maximum performance.
How should the grout be cured?
Finished grout should be cured with an acrylic sealer or damp cured following standard concrete curing practices.
What surface preparation is required?
All surfaces must be clean and free of oil, grease, dirt, and contaminants. Metal components should be de-rusted and oil-free. Concrete surfaces must be thoroughly saturated by dampening prior to grout placement, with excess water removed to prevent puddles.
