What mixing ratio should be used?
Mix with 3.3 to 3.6 quarts of potable water per 45 lb bag. Start with 3.3 quarts and add water as needed to achieve maximum flow without segregation.

How long before equipment can be loaded?
Maintain grout and substrate above 40°F until reaching 1,000 psi compressive strength. In-service operation may begin immediately after required strength is achieved.

What type of surface preparation is required?
Clean surfaces of oil, grease, and contaminants. Prepare concrete to coarse aggregate exposure with minimum ½ inch peak-to-valley profile. Presoak concrete surfaces for 8-24 hours to achieve saturated surface dry (SSD) condition.

Does it require special curing procedures?
